OPERATIONAL STRATEGY
Leadership & Governance
The RCCET is established to fund development thus, the makeup and approach of the Trust in delivering on its strategic objectives will be different to other Public Benefit Organisations (PBO) which may be established as doers instead of funders. Therefore, the Trust employs a multifaceted approach in providing services to the beneficiaries.
The beneficiary community can access support by the Trust in one or combination of the following processes:
Call for Projects / Proposals
Planned for projects received through Request for proposals advertised on a local newspaper, trust website and other platforms.
RCCET Own
Initiatives
Planned for projects initiated by the Trust or its stakeholders, sponsors.
Ad hoc
Applications
